Shipping, Delivery, and Customs
Our products are shipped directly from our suppliers to U.S. addresses. Shipping times may vary (often 2–6 weeks) and we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Once an item ships, risk of loss or damage passes to you. We are not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or loss in transit caused by carriers or customs. Import duties/taxes: All orders are shipped DAP (Delivered At Place), meaning we ship the product but do not pre-pay import duties or taxes. Consequently, the customer is responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes imposed by their country. To avoid delays, you may be asked by the carrier to pay any charges due upon delivery.
